I thrive on problem solving. When a loan hits a snag, whether it is income that does not fit neatly in a box or a timeline that is tighter than anyone would like, I dig in and figure out what it will take to get it done. As a broker, I have a lot of options for my borrowers. I am not tied to one lender’s guidelines, so I can shop your scenario around and find the program that actually fits instead of forcing you into whatever happens to be on the shelf. That flexibility is a big reason my borrowers get to a successful closing.
