About Melisa Olson
I am a dedicated Mortgage Broker with a deep-rooted connection to Arizona. Born in the valley and raised in Flagstaff, I spent my formative years exploring the state’s natural beauty and rich history, which fostered a lifelong pride in my home state. Growing up surrounded by the entrepreneurial spirit of my father, who was both a small business owner and a realtor, I discovered my passion for the mortgage and real estate industry as early as the fourth grade.
Accountability, diligence, and ethical practice are the cornerstones of my work ethic. I approach each client with efficiency and a commitment to providing exceptional service. More than just securing loans, I’m passionate about empowering others to begin their next chapter, build generational wealth, and improve their financial well-being. I find true fulfillment in helping people and being of service to my community.
When I’m not assisting clients, you can likely find me cheering on the Diamondbacks or other local sports teams, tending to my garden and houseplants, or enjoying the Arizona sunshine outdoors. My love for this state extends far beyond my professional life, and I’m proud to be a truly invested member of the community I serve.

Melissa is literally the best, I don’t know how many times I said I can’t, I doubted myself. How many times I wanted to back out, had have up hope. She is a motivator, she is positive beyond any means necessary. Melissa was my friend, my therapist my motivator and at many times my inspiration.
